Urban Building Projects Ltd recently supported a charity auction in aid of Hope House as part of a themed ball.
The charity provides specialist nursing care and support to life-limited children, young people and young adults from Shropshire, Cheshire, North and Mid Wales.
The auction saw the Urban team come out on top for the prize lot of a VIP tour of the famous Coronation Street set.
Well known character Owen Armstrong (Ian Puleston-Davies), who is the street's builder led the tour for the Urban team who were then able to watch him film some scenes, whilst also getting the opportunity to become extras for the day.
Commenting on the visit, Office Manager, Nicky Palmer, said: "It was great to be able to support the Hope House charity in this way. Attending the famous Coronation Street set as well as becoming extras in a scene was certainly an interesting experience."
