Quotation
Unlike most quotations I have received over the years, yours was concise, informative and covered everything we had discussed at the first site meeting. I particularly liked the 15% VAT rate, a small point but a prime example of your attention to detail.

Communication
At no point during the build did I experience any difficulty getting hold of you. If a voice mail had to be left, this was replied to within a very acceptable time period. If you pass this on to any future clients - believe me, Carl receives a lot of phone calls.

Confidence
Over the duration of the building works, I only visited site about four times. Even then it was just to keep up to speed on construction progress, not to check up on build quality. This is due to the faith that yourself and your employees instilled in me at the outset.

Build Quality
There is not much more to say than - excellent. I just hope that my modernisation of the existing building does your work justice.

Extras
As well as the build work, Carl went out of his way to ensure that off-site processes such as design drawings, council building regulations and sourcing of bathroom/kitchen suites, were all taken care of.

To conclude, this was my first extension project and working with Urban made the project an enjoyable experience. I would be more than happy to recommend Urban, Carl and his staff to anyone who is considering using you in the future
