Urban were contracted to convert an unused fire engine depot into a modern boxing facility for youngsters in Warrington. We created a training facility that housed two Olympic sized boxing rings, training areas and sparring zones with specialized non slip flooring. A new mezzanine area was constructed to provide a gymnasium for the fire service and full male and female changing and shower facilities were constructed. In addition we redeveloped part of the station into a new breathing apparatus room and provided feature lighting within the walls and new external parking. We now carry out maintenance throughout Cheshire for the Fire and Rescue Service.

We have recently been selected as a contractor to carry out various projects for Golden Gates Housing Trust and at present are carrying out maintenance on 30 properties in Warrington.

These works entail: roof inspections, guttering repairs, lead work, re-pointing, re-roofing and general maintenance.

At Priestley College, we have carried out several projects which have included new mezzanine deck and offices to the Art and Design block, removal of existing stairwells, framing to server room, timber partitioning and framing, adaptations to IT Department including extensive steelwork and adaptations to reception including new feature counter/cabinet.

At Eddie Stobart we carried out several projects including meeting room conversion works, canteen refurbishment works and maintenance to industrial units.

At Krauss Maffei we carried out several projects including insulated paneling systems, brickwork and signage, extensive groundworks and drainage, roofworks and ongoing maintenance contract.
